1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "xbjijl" / "the Platform" / "the Operator" refers to the online gaming platform operating at xbjijl.cam, regulated by PAGCOR under applicable Philippine law.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any registered account holder who accesses or uses any part of the xbjijl service.
• "Account" means the registered player profile created by an individual upon completing xbjijl's registration process.
• "Wallet" means the internal balance held within a Player's xbjijl Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Game" means any game, game type, or wagering activity made available on the Platform, including live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, e-sabong, and fishing games.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, reload incentive, or matched deposit offer awarded by xbjijl subject to specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under PAGCOR compliance obligations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering law.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing xbjijl's operations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory or country from which access to xbjijl's services is restricted or illegal under applicable local law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

2.1  By accessing the xbjijl platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with the xbjijl Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2  Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2.3  These Terms supersede any prior agreement, representation, or understanding between you and xbjijl relating to your use of the Platform.

2.4  If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

3.1  To be eligible to register and maintain an active xbjijl Account, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of xbjijl, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order placed with xbjijl or pursuant to any PAGCOR-administered exclusion program;
• Not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

3.2  xbjijl reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. All winnings accrued on an account found to belong to an underage player shall be voided and forfeited.

3.3  Players are responsible for determining whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. xbjijl accepts no liability for any Player who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.

4 Account Registration

4.1  To access real-money features of the xbjijl platform, you must create a single registered Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process. You are prohibited from creating an Account on behalf of another person.

4.2  One Account Per Person. Each natural person is entitled to hold only one (1) xbjijl Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using false or borrowed identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.3  KYC Verification. xbjijl is required by PAGCOR and applicable anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal. You must provide valid Philippine government-issued identification (UMID, SSS card, driver's license, or passport) and any additional documentation requested by the xbjijl compliance team. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until verification is completed.

4.4  You agree to promptly notify xbjijl of any changes to the information associated with your Account by contacting support. xbjijl accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.5  xbjijl reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

5 Account Security

5.1  You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xbjijl login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5.2  You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorized by you, unless and until xbjijl has been formally notified of a security breach in accordance with clause 5.3.

5.3  If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify xbjijl immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon verified notification, xbjijl will suspend the Account pending investigation. xbjijl will not be liable for losses incurred prior to receipt of such notification.

5.4  xbjijl strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. xbjijl will never ask for your password or OTP through any communication channel — any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1  Accepted Payment Methods. xbjijl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing timelines are published on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

6.2  Currency. All Wallet balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱), except USDT transactions which are settled at the prevailing exchange rate at time of processing.

6.3  Deposits. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between five (5) minutes and two (2) hours to reflect. xbjijl accepts no liability for delays caused by your payment provider.

6.4  Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours. xbjijl reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawals above prescribed thresholds.

6.5  Withdrawal to Original Method. xbjijl applies an anti-money laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically feasible. xbjijl may request supporting documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.

6.6  xbjijl does not charge players fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which xbjijl bears no responsibility.

6.7  Dormant accounts (no login activity for twelve consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of ₱100 per month after the dormancy threshold is reached. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1  xbjijl may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and other incentive programs to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms upon a Player's acceptance of the relevant promotion.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before any associated funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contribution rates, minimum odds requirements (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry period will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.

7.3  xbjijl reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold any associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a player has exploited, abused, or circumvented bonus terms in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting with other players, or any other scheme designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk.

7.4  Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.

7.5  xbjijl will not send promotional communications to any Player who has activated responsible gaming limits or who has made a request to be excluded from marketing communications.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1  Each game category on xbjijl — including live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, e-sabong, and fishing games — is governed by specific game rules published within the relevant game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers.

8.2  RNG Certification. All non-live games on xbjijl use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited and certified in accordance with PAGCOR's technical standards. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio providers.

8.3  Return to Player (RTP). Each slot and RNG game displays its theoretical RTP percentage within the game's help or information section. RTP is a long-term statistical average and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the xbjijl platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with games or exploit platform mechanics;
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other manipulation of game integrity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and will be voided;
• Attempting to launder funds or use xbjijl for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Accessing the platform from a self-excluded state or on behalf of a self-excluded individual;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing xbjijl staff or other players via any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the xbjijl platform;
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting another person in creating an account for the purpose of circumventing any restriction.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, xbjijl reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the Account, forfeit all balances and pending withdrawals, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities as required.

10 Responsible Gaming

10.1  xbjijl is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of its platform. Gambling is intended as entertainment — not as a source of income or a financial strategy. Players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use xbjijl's responsible gaming tools, which are accessible from the Account dashboard at all times.

10.2  Available Tools. xbjijl provides the following responsible gaming controls to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits;
• Loss Limits: Limits on total losses within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications after a set duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary suspension of real-money access for 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform.

10.3  Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed by xbjijl support agents during the exclusion period selected by the Player. xbjijl will use reasonable technical measures to prevent excluded players from re-registering, though the Player also bears responsibility for not attempting to circumvent an exclusion.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1  All content on the xbjijl platform — including but not limited to the xbjijl name and logo, interface design, software, graphics, text, and game assets provided by xbjijl directly — is the intellectual property of xbjijl or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

11.2  Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

11.3  Any unauthorised use of xbjijl intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

12.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, xbjijl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

12.2  xbjijl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. xbjijl undertakes commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

12.3  xbjijl is not responsible for any third-party services, payment providers, internet service providers, or telecommunications services whose failure may affect your access to or use of the Platform.

12.4  Nothing in these Terms shall limit xbjijl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1  xbjijl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where suspension or termination is required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.

13.2  Upon termination for cause (breach of these Terms), all Account balances — including wallet balance and pending bonuses — may be forfeited at xbjijl's discretion. xbjijl will provide written reasons for such forfeiture upon the Player's request.

13.3  Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting xbjijl support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money wallet balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.4  xbjijl reserves the right to apply an administrative review period of up to thirty (30) days before releasing funds associated with an Account that was suspended pending investigation, to allow time for the investigation to be concluded.

14 Dispute Resolution

14.1  If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the xbjijl platform, you should first contact xbjijl's customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] with a detailed description of your concern. xbjijl aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

14.2  If your complaint cannot be resolved through xbjijl's internal process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulatory procedures.

14.3  xbjijl's records — including transaction logs, game logs, and communication records — shall constitute the primary evidentiary basis for resolving disputes. These records are maintained for a minimum of five (5) years.

14.4  Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising from these Terms or your use of the xbjijl platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15 Governing Law

15.1  These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2  xbjijl operates under regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's regulatory framework governs the conduct of xbjijl's gaming operations and that xbjijl's obligations under PAGCOR regulations take precedence where there is any conflict with these Terms.

16 Amendments to These Terms

16.1  xbjijl reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or PAGCOR directive.

16.2  The most current version of these Terms will always be available at xbjijl.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
